The Healing Balm Foundation is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced Radio Stations to air public service announcements featuring respected traditional leaders on the utilisation and monitoring of public resources in Kazungula District, Southern Province Under the Enabling Access to Justice Civil Society Participation and Transparency Programme (EnACT).

Application Requirements

To apply,  submit the following documents:

• Company profile (clearly indicating physical address, names and contact numbers and official email address)
• Valid copies of certificate of registration and incorporation
• Valid ZRA tax registration and tax clearance certification
• PACRA Registration (Print out)
• Rate cards and proposed broadcast schedule

Proposal Evaluation:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the Radio Stations experience, pricing and adherence to submission guidelines.

Deadline for Submission:

Proposals must be submitted not later than 12:00hrs on the 3^rd of March,2025
